The tech industry is notoriously competitive, but some graduates may not be ready for a career as an engineer, according to a new report.
The industry is especially competitive because of the sheer amount of information that is available in terms of the skills needed for the job.
The report, published by a new tech incubator, found that engineers need a bachelor’s degree in engineering to be ready to be hired for a job as a software developer.
It’s a tough job, but a good one, said Scott Henson, the founder of TechRaptor, a start-up incubator in San Francisco that has helped thousands of graduates land tech jobs.
Henson said that if graduates can get a good engineering degree in high school, they can jump right into software development and get an engineering job as soon as they graduate from high school.
“If you have the right skills, the right education, you’re not going to waste time looking for work,” Henson said.
“They’ll be looking for you immediately.”
Engineers are looking for jobs right now.
There are more than 300,000 engineers in the U.S. as of January, according the Bureau of Labor Statistics, more than any other occupation in the country.
And there are also more than 6 million engineers in California.
The state is also home to a number of tech startups, including Airbnb, Reddit, Pinterest and Slack.
Higgins said that there are three main ways that people get into engineering:They have to be highly motivated to be a good engineer.
They have to have the skills to do it and have the ability to do the work.
They also have to get good grades in their engineering coursework, which often takes more than four years of work to finish.
Hanson said that students should be encouraged to focus on the engineering portion of their education and take engineering courses at schools that are in their area.
“If you want to go to the best schools, you need to have an engineering background and be motivated,” Hanson said.
