The average salary for software engineers in the United States is $72,300, according to the Federal Reserve.
That’s higher than the average for software engineer positions in Canada, Germany and Japan.
The median salary for this position is $50,000 in the U.S. but the median salary in Japan is $45,000.
A salary of $50K is an average salary that is much higher than average.
That doesn’t mean the average software engineer in the US is making the same as the average Canadian, German or Japanese employee, but it does mean they are far less likely to be making $50k per year.
The average pay for software developers is also much lower in the states than in Canada.
The U.K. average for a software developer is $71,200, while the U:S.
average is $77,000, according the BLS.
In the U., software developers earn about $46,000 per year, according Toilio Research, which does research on salaries.
The Federal Reserve data shows that software engineers earn an average of $76,800 in the first three years of employment, which is an increase of more than 6%.
This is even more than the median annual salary of software engineers by two years.
The most expensive job in the country?
The highest-paying job in America is finance, with a median salary of nearly $113,000 a year.
This is followed by the insurance industry at $83,800 a year, accounting, financial management, legal and human resources at $87,600, and engineering at $89,800.
The top three occupations in the top five paychecks in the nation are sales and administrative support, sales and marketing, and information technology, according data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
